



Camaguey is located in central Cuba so makes a great stop off point for any visitor travelling across Cuba. Camaguey is a relatively large city with over 300,000 residents. The city is most famous for large clay pots called tinajones that are used for collecting rainwater. Legend says that if you drink from one of the clay pots then you will fall in love with Camaguey and one day return.
