Hotel Raquel was excellent and superb for getting to know Old Havana but perhaps gave a first impression of a much less prosperous city than we discovered later. K & C. H in August 2007
Havana is mind blowing and the Hotel Raquel is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff there are extremely professional and helpful and of course being Cuban will also do absolutely anything to help you. T.G in june 2007
